Sure you COULD... but your management won't pony up the pennies to compete, they'd rather transfer the airplanes to other companies and let you wither.

For the record, and you can search my entire post history if you are that bored, I tell people looking for a job in the regional industry that in my OPINION, driving to work is the number 1 criteria for selecting a regional airline. This is because, from my observation, quality of life appears to be most important for most people. I still maintain that position, but it is an OPINION.
