careerpilot: this is what needs to happen for me to go to Eagle.

I was an F/O at Trans States, interviewed with Eagle last November (got the job) but at the time they were not allowing new hires to pick the base. I lived 5 min from DFW, so because I did not want to go out to the rock I ended up at XJT (started at XJT 2 weeks before eagle changed the base policy). Been here a little over 6 months and I have almost 500 people below me, upgrade is steady at 2 years. I now live in AUS and drive to SAT and average about 15 days off a month. Life is good here. So back to my point....what it will take for me to come over to Eagle.

1) 1st year pay at $30/hr minimum. 2nd year at $35/hr-prop, 40/hr-jet
2) Health/Dental/Vision Benefits start from day 1.
3) Base of choice (already in affect), as well as A/C of choice if canidate has prior experience in type.
4) AA seniority number (this is set in stone, AMR can not take this away). I can decline to flow up when my number is called but AA must offer me the job.
5) Sign on bonuses for pilots with prior 121 experience.

If these are all met by the end of the year (before I reach 2nd year pay) I will come over to Eagle. This is what it will take for me (someone with 121 experience) to make the switch. Eagle will have to up the pay/benefits to attract qualified pilots.
