If the Delta manager in charge of hiring actually said this then it's way out of his known character which is one of high standards.
What's the grand total percentage of successful SSP interviews? I'm wondering because I don't know and have never seen it published anywhere.

It started off as an 80% no. More than half of the nos were the fly off and die. Before delta had to shut this down from attrition they extended it to FOs and over all the fos have something like a 75% yes. Couple captains have got the yes the second time.
Grand total is a 50-50 Coin toss betwen ca and fo but I don't have exact numbers in front of me.
