I also found some interesting info on Skywest's most recent 10Q report. Looks like some of there CPA's expire on a per aircraft basis in 2016, both for them and expressjet. Might hint at where the new 200's are coming from.

S airlines doesn't have Delta 200s expiring this year though.
Every year we have had and are scheduled to have planes come off contract.
