PUT On Hold actually. Management has placed a crewmember on a temporary suspension to resolve an issue. I.e. Didn't pass a fed ride, line check, disciplinary action, pending a meeting outcome, etc.
Paid On Hold. As opposed to On Hold with no pay protection.
