Something is going to have to change if we keep losing 30 captains a month. Luckily hiring has been keeping pace but it would be nice to see more numbers added to the bottom and the same rate or better coming off the top.
We aren't losing 30 captains a month. We may be losing 30 pilots a month. Of those 30 I think 10-15 are captains.
