Is there an HR component, logbook check, etc?
Is the program all done in-house (is it owned by PSA, or contracted to another company)?
Does someone from the FAA certify you right there at the training, or does it become official later on?

It's all in house. CTP is offered in CVG and will also be CLT in the next few weeks. I don't know what an HR component would look like. Your log books need to be accurate. It becomes official when you pass your ATP/Type ride with an APD (company FAA rep) at the end of the simulator portion of the new hire program.
