MCO isn't very likely. First, you have to be assigned the ERJ. That's only 36 planes out of the Mesa fleet. If you do end up on the ERJ and at MCO, it's almost two years on reserve there. That's one of the reasons I left. And having been there over a year and a half, it's not a decision I took lightly (starting the seniority thing all over again).

Well, after reading through all the posts about MESA, the only way that it would appeal to me is if I was able to get MCO. How likely is it that a newhire could get based in Orlando? How long is reserve there? I don't think there are any other regionals out there based in Orlando are there?
