When attrition is 25+ a month and there's only 30-40 month coming online they can't backfill and open new bases at the same time. Why can't you guys understand that. When NY is fully staffed and if our net increase is + 10-20 month they can then backfill all bases.
I don't think anybody knows when NYC is fully staffed. It's been vacancy after vacancy of NYC. Indications are that the next vacancy will again be mostly NYC positions. We are the regional of choice in DTW area, yet folks are very weary of getting NYC. We've all heard about "more jets" but who knows when that may be.
