Most people bring a standard 22" stealth and a small "flight kit" of some sort. The Rollerboard goes in the overhead in the back, and the flight kit goes up front. Some people use a laptop bag. Others use their old Jepp kit (with no Jepps in it).

I would say about half (or less) of the pilots bring a cooler with them, at least on some of the trips.
