Yea I would say you are reading that right except for the upgrade part. There are well over 150 FO on the seniority list that already have there 1000 121 time, coming up on 2 years in the company, and waiting their turn to upgrade. If we keep staffing the FO side enough to grow and take the remainder of Envoys 700 all may be well, but if the available fresh meat cough I mean FO applicants starting drying up, then it will be a different story.
