6-D Removal from the Seniority

List 6-D-1 Any Pilot who resigns his employment as a Pilot, is discharged as a Pilot for just cause, is discharged during his probationary period, exceeds the ten (10) year furlough period in accordance with Section 7, is found to be unfit for duty for a continuous period of time as described in Section 12-B, has reached the FAA mandatory retirement age, or dies shall be removed from the Seniority List.
