From what I remember, there was some language that addressed an acquisition or sucessorship and the usual senority integration/protection and "career expectation" stuff that goes with it.. There was also wording that said if a certain percentage of aircraft were handed over/bought/whatever to another operator all pilots on that fleet type would go with it as well.

All of this is assuming that the other carrier was also an ALPA carrier. How well it would hold up if a non ALPA carrier was the other party, well, look at TWA/American to get a worst case example.

Since the airline is gone, the airplanes have been handed over to the lessors, ect, I would doubt that we (the pilots) from IA are entitled to anything. Sadly. Looking at the TA, I don't know if I would want to be.
