Agreed on both. Printing much of it and building a file helps. Also, I'm approaching it a little like the military... show up and learn the real scoop from the people doing the training, rather than the recruiter. Plan for the worst, be happy when it turns out different.
A big confusing point I have is when does pay & per diem start? Earlier in the thread it was indicated we are not "on property" until FO class. This agrees with what the recruiters suggested in the interview (i.e. don't pass the ATP-CTP=not hired.) However, my new hire forms all listed the first day of ATP-CTP as my DOH. Anyone recently through care to chime in?
(still planning to not be paid until FO begins, but would be happy to find out different.)
