ATL would be very senior in the left seat and likely very junior to the right. In the end, recruiting would be able to offer all but west coast as easy commutes in a quick award. Seats in both the left and right would be open for upgrades, new hires, and junior CA's wanting home or westerly, and the base discussion of "another carrier has an ATL base" gets dropped from the pro/con list.

Solely personal opinion, with input from those who know what's up in multiple areas of alpa and company...but that's the next 12-18 months at EDV. All good things with operational savings and pay/QOL enhancements.
