And proboly part of the reason that they are going from 280 airplanes down to ~100.... while the ASA side remains status quo..and its not Just the pilots. The MX contract isn't favorable for the company...
Even if we would've voted the concessions in, we would still be more expensive than TSA, Commutair, and Skywest. So I'm happy to have good total compensation and good work rules while losing the same aircraft we were going to lose.
I don't know anything about mechanics and don't care anyway.
