AMR will give you a class date without the interview in the same timeframe. There is no reason for a new hire to come here unless he REALLY wants Delta or NYC for whatever reason.
The DGI program isn't set up like SSP, from what has been said on it, when you interview and pass, you get the next available Delta class, not having to sit and wait for more years. So whack the last 2 off that 6 year plan there.
