I don't understand why management keeps telling our pilots they won't announce this southern base and/or more 200's because it will cause a recruiting issue at that said DCI carrier...the fact is at that carrier they are already bleeding FO's...Announce this growth or whatever it is and let's get on with it. Why the secret?? they are not protecting anyone.
