As far as flow - that would be great but I would like to see some improvement to the DGI - like no upgrade required. Thoughts?
Personally I see that as unlikely. Requiring captaincy for DGI ensures they'll have folks who want to upgrade rather than sit at solid FO pay and high in their seat waiting for a call. They need captains and that is a way to ensure folks go for it.
