Airlineinterviews.com is what I used, and it was money... It was about $20 for a month access, but totally worth it if you want accurate prep. Also, use Google to brush-up on Jepp plate explanations. The interview was heavy on Jepp questions, and being a Mil guy, I was pretty unfamiliar with that type of plate before I started preparing, but went in feeling very comfortable with only a few days to get ready.
They actually complimented and THANKED me for my General Knowledge, and said they had no problems with people using the gouge.

Yes you are right. They want people to use the gouges so it shows you actually did research about the company. Do look at Jepp charts as you will go over it in your interview.
