What we do know is how the outgoing administration has ruled.
After more than a year and a half, a ruling was made on NAI's application under the EU- US Open Skies Agreement, which was signed in 2007. It was not in our favor. Does that erase the NMB appointments? The new simple majority union voting rules? FAR 117? I don't think so. I truly hope Trump is as labor friendly as you think he is. Personally, I believe his past practice is more indicative than his "narrative" is... (say whatever to get elected). But we will see.
