Management is reactionary. Once we lose 50+ pilots a month to other companies for a few months, they will realize that the flow is really a retention tool, not a recruitment tool and change it accordingly.
As it stands, there is no incentive to stay at PSA when a LCC calls. But if we had a good flow, less people would leave for elsewhere.
