How do you figure? Things are much better for me. I'm making a lot more than I was this time last year. My schedule is better. We are hiring substantial numbers and upgrading decent amounts again. Aircraft transfers will resume in a couple months. A new hub (aka an actual commutable base) will be announced in 2017. In what way aren't things better?
