Work place harassment will be the least of this guys problems. Knowing the blue collar nature of this pilot group I would be more concerned about my personal safety if I was "the scab". We're not stupid any many of the pilots here know how to do dirt and get away with it. The workplace might be only place that this POS will be safe.
