Hey you know that 200 from the desert? The moron captain didn't write it up but when yoi spin the knob right, it goes left, and when you go left, it goes left, until you get past about 320, then it dances right and left between 320 and 010. Your partner about then will ask you *** you're doing, and as you explain it to him, that 180 heading is closer to 240 than it is to 180, but don't worry that turn back to 040 will be at 010 because that was where the heading bug ended up at when the FO turned on the autopilot because "thatll get it in the right direction for now, get that qrh out for non eicas messages ill take the radio." Just in time for the "endeavor, say heading", and out of muscle memory he spins it right, only to watch in terror as it goes further left. Kicks off the autopilot and blows the altitude.

Dont worry, youll get that airspeed restriction above 10k. After all you're both flying the airplane by now.

It's a good argument for and against handflying, but a pro argument for asap and tcas ( thats curtosy of management who loves you, no wait, i mean that bully alpa).
