Shouldn't be, unless payroll is messing up. Regardless of other deductions, Federal is withheld at a flat 25% unless a bonus is included in regular salary, which ours is not. 75% of $7666 should be $5750.
ETA: Just looked, and my Federal was exactly 25%. Doesn't matter what exemptions I claimed.
