I doubt this will make a significant difference for Christmas day but it should help around the holiday since it sounds like they are going to allow schedules to break trips. 2.0 vs. 1.5 isn't going to convince very many to kiss their family goodbye for Christmas who hasn't already made that decision. 3.0 or 4.0 might, just like everything else throw enough cash at the problem and it will be ironed out.
