Nothing has been agreed, no pay scale , no raise.
Pay scale are still based on a contract that was negotiated in 1998.
We are not seeing the end of the tunnel.
for those who love ASA so much, I will be happy to hear from you in a year, after you have been abused by scheduling or found yourself furloughed because of lack of growth or aircraft transfer to skywest.
People are great at ASA, the operation performances are horrible.
Management is totally clueless.
Our flights never run on time, 53% on time arrival for august, No customer services, aircrafts always broken, pilot fatigue, poor scheduling, low morale and so on.
3 bases have closed in the past 2 years.
Delta travel benefits are now worthless.
Medical benefits have been reduced.
Most schedules are non commutable and inneficient.
You will get a cookie as yearly bonus for christmass.
The 300 hours requirement for new hire speak for itself.
They cannot recruit enough pilots due to Massive exodus.
Asa is slowly disintegrating and it is exactly the will of Skywest management.
I would join ASA only if I lived in ATL or not meet the hours requirement for other carrier.
If you plan on joining, build your hours for 6 month and go elsewhere to a brighter future, than its OK.
