After college, got hired with Colgan for 2 yrs, came to current regional airline in 2007. Took me about 6 1/2 yrs to upgrade. You all know why took 6 1/2 yrs to upgrade. I spent almost 11 yrs working my butt off to get hired with Major airlines. Some people says im over experienced(over 9500+ TT), major will consider me as un-trainable and will not hire. Is it true? I've been working so hard to get hired with major airlines past 20 yrs(education and flight training and all), but after all, I'm over qualified?
