That report seems to focus on the APU being the sole problem. I know some of our events happened no where near the time the APU was in use. I suppose it's possible the contaminants were still in the system but this feels almost too easy or airbus is trying to put it all on the operator.
I mean one of our worst events happened in descent. That is why for the last year in the sim you've been putting your mask on for practice.
