At least 1/3 of the airlines on that list have Bill Franke's fingerprints on them.
While I'm under no illusion that our customer service is good, rankings like these are garbage. The very nature of a ULCC will bring on more complaints because people view the business model as poor service. "Charge for a water?! Bad service!"
I would be more concerned if I were United at #9 vs a ULCC in the top 3
