Although we might have the highest pay rates we still have some of the longest upgrade times. So the only real reason to come to RAH would be if you lived near or in one our bases. I'm not saying this is a bad place to work, I'm extremely happy I came to work for RAH back in 2013, but those looking for quick upgrades and captain pay should look at other regionals before coming here. Then again for all you college grades fresh out of flight school with restricted ATPs don't forget that you'll need that 1000hrs of 121 time to upgrade. Pretty sure I broke some kids heart when I told him this. I guess they never told him that back in Florida at his overpriced aviation university.

When I was looking they told me less than that but the junior hire was 2012. So I went with Piedmont which junior upgrade was a year and just recently went to a 7/2016 hire. If you get more planes and people leave it could go down but I went with PDT as we are getting lots of jet deliveries starting next month.
