Pretty sure 8 months are 4 week months and 4 weeks are 5 week months. So 8 months at 12 days and 4 months at 15 days. 3 extra days of work. so 3x4 =12 so to fit in your equation, that is an extra 6.4 hours per month so 93.2 + 6.4 = 99.6 (your numbers)

This doesn't take into account extensions, bump and makeup, and I'm not sure about you but I'm not senior enough to always conflict carryover, or not get carryover. So even when I protect min days off, sometimes I get an extra 2 to 3 days of work.

Let me state, for the record. I am not saying there is any guarantee with any seat and pay. I was just stating what the first officers that I have flown with on the 777 have conveyed to me.

Sorry, misunderstood your 15 day comment.

93.2 hours was for working 13 days in a month, not 12.

If you have 8 12 day months and 4 15 day months you come up with 998.4 hours. Add 120 hours for block override, which is on the high end, and you get 1,118.4 hours in a year. A 15 year F/O with international override makes 217.33/hour. That total comes up to a little over $243k.

I was an over 15 year F/O not that long ago and I never made $250k. That's my experience. I did bid max days off, conflicted carry over, and if I got bumped, I stayed home. Different strokes I guess.
