I imagine the management is going to have to do a carpet dance because we are going to have a terrible performance rating over the holidays.


Normally, our performance rating is exceptional. But line holders that have the option to take the holidays off are doing so, and it is their right. No line holder should have to work a holiday since we have the SAP.
