I agree with PSAhelp regarding line holders. They won't/can't. The SAP is the best QOL tool in the regionals. It is better than anything else that anyone else can offer.
The company uses it as amarketing tool. Once we have enough pilots, there will be no need for them to want to do anything. Until then, we are not giving it up.
Hiring 50 a month will solve our FO issues. Upgrading 24 a month will prevent there from being a similar issue on the captain side.
