The pay is what the issue is. When our current contract was signed, the pay was at least on par with others, now it's embarrassingly bad. You shouldn't have to use all your free time to manipulate the contract to increase your credit hours just to increase your w2. Even then the pay is still lacking. Nothing is getting cheaper in this world except for us pilots here at nks.
