I have heard that once you get your licenses there are some regionals that will sign you up early in a "pending" situation until you get the required number of hours? I have even heard that some will pay a few dollars for your flight time as an early bonus?


Does anyone have details on this?


I've got about a year before I hit my required time and know which ones I want to apply to based primarily on domicile.
