Just about every regional will work with you. Call or email the the one or two you think will be the best fit and see what they can offer.

Just become a CFI. You can still sign up for their Cadet program and get a conditional offer letter. It's non binary, you dont have to use the ATI, and you'll still get 7500+ATP/CTP as well as a walk in to a class date right when you get your hours.
Do you know what kind of twin they use for that?

They actually hired you at 850 or you built time to 975 before going to ATP/CTP school?

Usually it's a conditional offer. Meaning get the time then come to class. Also no violations or major failures in that time frame. 6 months usually. I got a conditional with 1150 ish with RAH. Got my time going to class shortly.

Sorry to revive a dead thread but PSA does on the spot interviews after seminars at my school and hire as early as private pilot even though its more of a "meet and great" but they do interviews for commercial pilots. Republic and Piedmont do interviews and "hire" at that level as well. Express jet does the AP3 program and there is an interview and they provide a very tedious study guide on there website.

I received a conditional offer from Envoy at 1250. They gave me a year to get to 1,500. It's pretty straightforward, fly, and keep your nose clean, then come to class. I started ATP-CTP at about 1,480.

Don't let a recruiter tell you what your ATP-CTP is worth in money (or bonus that you're getting "paid" for) because every single regional will pay for it. Some even start paying YOU while you're in the ATP-CTP training. Some even let you quit after the ATP-CTP no questions asked/no back pay. So literally you could get employed, get the certificate, quit and go somewhere else for $0.

Stop following the big fake numbers these recruiters are selling and challenge their responses.
