I have heard that once you get your licenses there are some regionals that will sign you up early in a "pending" situation until you get the required number of hours? I have even heard that some will pay a few dollars for your flight time as an early bonus?
Does anyone have details on this?
I've got about a year before I hit my required time and know which ones I want to apply to based primarily on domicile.

They usually want you to have about 1200 hours before you interview and a plan in place to get to 1500.

I interviewed at Envoy with 1250 and was given a year to get the rest of my hours. I was required to have at least 1456 before I came to class.

Republic will pay for the last 100 hours, or for your multi, but they still want 1500 prior to ATP-CTP.
These hours can be used to catch up on any ATP requirements, like instrument time or cross-country.

To add on to that, they will pay for 100 hours total, including multi if needed (not a 1 or the other type thing). Just be prepared to forfeit your signing bonus if you choose this route (flight time initiative).

So basically you're still paying for the hours because you're giving up your bonus.

Just become a CFI. You can still sign up for their Cadet program and get a conditional offer letter. It's non binary, you dont have to use the ATI, and you'll still get 7500+ATP/CTP as well as a walk in to a class date right when you get your hours.

I was eligible for R-ATP at 1,000 hours. I got hired with ~850 TT. Started class two months later for SkyWest with no issues.
