Yeah, you're plenty obtuse...don't kid yourself otherwise. While I support keeping schedules in the ALV range, don't think I've ever said anything about forming a list, submitting pay reports, etc... Some here want to keep lists.
The list keepers don't see drops, only adds.
The guy that dropped more than he picked up would look like a choker and would wrongfully be on the list.
How does the guy get off the underground choker list? Remember, the guy is actually net dropping.
The whole point was to the would be list makers. And that point is that the list keepers don't have access to enough info to make an accurate list.
