The instructors will be a mix of RAH and Flight Safety instructors. Teaching styles can be a mixed bag depending on who you receive but they all have been very professional and will work with anyone who needs extra help.
I started in October and with the holidays and some random time off I will be completely finished with training in the first week of January. I would plan 2.5-3 months from start to finish. Right now they are telling us there is a 4-6 week break before we will start IOE.
The schedule for indoc/systems is Monday-Friday (my experience). Sims can be any day of the week. If you have a 4 day break the company will positive space you home. I actually ended up getting positive spaced home multiple times during training due to holidays and instructor schedules. Don't plan on ID badges coming in until sometime near the end of systems.
My class got our bonus within 30 days of our new hire date but I believe the structure has changed recently.
My biggest complaint so far is payroll seems to be very confused on new hire pay structure. Our MMG pay and stipends were not paid out on the same time frame that we were originally told (go figure right?). However, the company was quick to remedy the issue and overnight paper checks to us.
Overall the process has been very positive. Training is much more relaxed than I was anticipating. The company wants you to succeed and they give you all of the tools necessary.
I can confirm the change of bonus payment.
My Class is Jan 17, but my offer letter states $1,500 first paycheck and then remainder of the bonus paid out in first pay check after IOE is completed.
