Pretty much 80% of the pilots at these airlines have been flying heavy jets around the world for years, usually without an adequate support system, and would jump at the chance to drive a 737 or 320 around North America for a major. There are a few who are too old or misanthropic to make the change, but most are great guys you'd love to fly with.
