Honest question from a current mil guy researching regionals:

Ignoring for a moment the obvious differences of aircraft types and domiciles... are there any significant differences when comparing Envoy vs. PSA vs. PDT?

From what I can tell:
All are WO by AAG
All have very similar if not identical sign up bonuses/first year pay
All have essentially the same flow structure to American

Seems like the differences would mostly be in the areas of work rules/QOL, upgrade times, "leadership", or other stuff I'm not aware of. So I leave it to you fine folks. Appreciate any insight you all have...preferably without the super-strong kool-aid or sky-is-falling spin.

The differences are going to be bases, reserve times, schedule flexibility, flow, and equipment.

PSA has Crew bases CLT, DCA, TYS, CVG, DAY

PSA has SAP that allows line one holders to take their awarded line and change out and or drop down to 65 hours. It has allowed me To have off every single holiday in 2016 that i wanted, have off all important days I've needed, and have a commutable schedule.

FLOW has been argued in all threads. It is a very dead horse if you want to kick it some more you'll find lots of company. Reality is that for a 2.5 year senior FO it's not really anything worth worrying about for the next several years. This industry is changing very quickly.

PSA operates all CRJ 200,700,900

This is my second regional airline, Management types seem to be cut from the same block.
