I'm currently right out of usaf pilot training with a little over 300 hrs TT and 100 multi turbine. Was wondering if this would be able to get me an interview at a regional? I assume you completed the military training and are now flying in the ANG/AFR? If so you would be competetive at any regional hiring low-timers. Unfortunately those are mostly bad places to work, so you would probably want to do some CFI work to get your time up for a better company.
If you did not complete military training, but do have a civilian commercial license you can still get hired, but will have to explain what happened in the military...but don't worry, they'll still hire you unless you had a substance abuse problem.
