Piedmont's flow is pegged at 10% of their pilots flowing to AA annually. Envoy flows about 20% but that number will reduce to 10% over time. PSA is pegged at 4% of their pilot group flowing annually.
Given an average of the last several months attrition, broken down by seniority, and assuming we make it to 8 a month in a reasonable amount of time, a new hire is going to flow in about 7-7.5 years.

That's not to say we don't want to see an increase, and you're statement above isn't wrong, but it also needs context.
