Piedmont flow language or better, at least 15% pay rate increases for everyone and switch to PBS with a restricted SAP window would probably pass in my opinion. The company would gain big time with PBS, increased rates would help with hiring and retention and the increased flow would help both sides too.
And that's my point. If they company wants to make modifications to SAP they're going to have to give a lot in return.
In other words, we've got leverage.
Everyone just needs to relax a bit.
