The extent to which our current mismanagement team violates the contract would be funny if it wasn't so sad. Even something that is written in black and white, with there being no way to misinterpret it, is violated. Junior man, reserve turnback, LTFO, the list goes on. From reading these forums, the difference between a WO such as PDT and Envoy is stark. Where one is willing to compensate for their short staffness with money (300% OT) the other decides the best course of action is to come up with their own asinine interpretation of the CBA. Truly sad what they've done to this place.

Why am I still here? Because I'll be gone to greener pastures (AA) for a well paid and lucrative career relatively soon. That's it. And I'm not gonna lie...the second I'm gone I won't be looking in the rear view mirror at this dumpster fire.
