You can't have PBS and SAP. Ask RAH its in their contract and still hasent been implemented. The software company hasent gotten around to writing it.
Can't is a very big word. You can have anything you're able to negotiate, up to and including cow patty bingo for line assignments. And I'm pretty sure there's more than one crew scheduling software company out there.
