Cujo is correct on this one. Operations at Spirit are a joke, and anyone who's worked here knows this. Labor costs are also clearly in the sights of management and our investors. There is always someone who asks the question about rising labor costs or contracts during quarterly shareholder calls. Many here are leaving or are trying to leave, but for many others, Spirit is a decent place to work. It's definitely worth fighting for a better CBA that recognizes our work.
