It was basically career military ( I think 2 were charter guys the rest MIL) that had moved to desks or drones and weren't flight current... they got current and left rather than wait the years for Delta.
If you were qualified and competitive to apply to Delta, why would you apply to Endeavor with a then $25/hr to start and $37 max FO pay that then required you to be a captain 2 years (when we had 9 year FO's) to go to Delta???
